Mallory Building Contractors, LLC was established in January of 2000.
Based in Lansing Michigan, we are a general contracting firm specializing in design and build jobs, competitive bid projects, and construction management contracts.
We are different from a lot of contractors, in that, we self-perform many phases of the construction.
Besides the management and supervision, our crews can handle the demolition, rough framing (wood or steel), drywalling, acoustical ceilings, roofing, siding, steel erections, doors and hardware, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry.
We self-perform most trades. This helps us control project completion schedules and track job costs daily.

We have constructed post frame buildings from 20x20 garages to 80x240 riding arenas and every size in between for a wide variety of uses. We construct these buildings using our own crews, equipment, and time saving techniques to produce a beautiful product at a reasonable price.

We have experience in a wide range of commercial type facilities. Municipal buildings, retail strip malls, fire stations and gas stations are just a few examples along with hundreds of thousands of square footage of professional office build outs and remodels.

In today's marketplace, pre-engineered steel buildings are the most economical way to go when you need square footage. We can design and build any structure to your specifications. Here at Mallory Building, we have our own erection crew and equipment - no subcontracting.

Ron Mallory grew up in the business, working for his father's custom home building company. After graduation from Michigan State University, Ron worked for a national home builder in Cincinnati, Ohio. Upon his return to the greater Lansing area, he worked for four different commercial general contractors before heading out on his own.
Chase Mallory graduated from Michigan State University in 2021. During his time at MSU he completed an internship with Oliver Hatcher Construction before returning to the family business.
Mallory Building is licensed, insured, and bonded. We complete work throughout the State of Michigan and we would be happy to give you an estimate on your upcoming project.
